Terms of use.
Last updated: 5 October 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to this website (mytapeline.com) and the TapeLine free beta, provided by Natha & Co ("we", "us"). By using them you agree to these terms.
2. Who can use them
You must be at least 16 years old. If you are under the age at which you can make a binding contract where you live, you confirm that a parent or guardian has read and agrees to these terms. If you use the free beta for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.
3. The free beta
The free beta is an early version, free of charge, and limited: first page only, a small number of measurements and no export. It may contain errors. We may change, limit, suspend or end it at any time. Paid plans are not available yet and separate terms will apply when they are.
4. Estimates and sample data
Quantities from the free beta depend on the file you open and the scale you set. Sample models, quantities and rates on this website are illustrative only and are not market prices. Always check quantities and prices yourself before using them in a bid, contract or purchase. Nothing here is professional advice.
5. Your files
You keep ownership of your files. They are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to us. You must have the right to use any file you open.
6. Your details and feedback
When you sign up you must give accurate details. We handle them as set out in the Privacy Policy. If you send us feedback or ideas, you allow us to use them to improve TapeLine without payment or credit to you.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website: no attempts to disrupt it, break its security, probe it for weaknesses without our permission, scrape it at scale, send spam through its forms or use it unlawfully. To report a security problem, see the Security page.
8. Intellectual property
The TapeLine name, logo, design, text and software are owned by Natha & Co or its licensors. You may not copy them except as the law allows. Third-party software included in the free beta is covered by its own licence.
9. No warranty
The website and the free beta are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Natha & Co is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or data, or for loss arising from reliance on results from the free beta or sample data. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using the free beta at any time. We may block access if you break these terms.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and using the website after a change means you accept it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have where you live.
