How the estimate is built.

Every number in the BoQ comes from the model, with the assumptions shown.

Concrete

Volume = length × width × depth for every pile, cap, beam, slab and column.

Formwork

The surface concrete touches while it sets: sides of beams, columns and caps, and the underside of suspended slabs. Piles are cast in the ground, so they carry none.

Reinforcement

Concrete volume × an assumed steel density per member (below), reported in tonnes.

Rates and OH&P

Sample rates in AED, editable in the BoQ. Overhead and profit are added to the subtotal.
